CORPORATE OWNERSHIP

Southern Global Safety Services Inc. is a privately held firm specializing in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene consulting, and project management services.  The company has retained the basic ownership and executive staffing since its formation.  The company is owned by Teresa Anderson-Hall, President, meeting the Minority Designation of a Women's Business Enterprise, (WBE) and a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

 CORPORATE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

We are involved in the daily management and descision-making functions in order to assure execution of the Southern Global Safety Services' Corporate Mission.  The purpose of our managment philosophy is to ensure the consistant and professional delivery of our services.

COMPANY SOFTWARE PROGRAMS

Southern Global Safety Services, Inc. maintains our client’s environmental and safety programs via the utilization of Proprietary Software.  We have invested hundreds of environmental and safety professional management hours in conjunction with highly skilled Software Programmers to insure our Software Management Tools are professionally inclusive and user friendly.  Our Software Programs are developed in Excel and are compatible with Windows and most Network applications.  Our programs are installed in “Run Time – Executable Application”, thus eliminating the requirements for additional software purchases or upgrades.

The Company carries $5,000,000.00 in GLPD Insurance

Pollution Liability

The Company carries $5,000,000.00 in Pollution Liability Insurance

Automotive Liability

The Company carries $5,000,000.00 in Automobile Liability Insurance

Workers Compensation

The Company carries 2,000,000 in Workers Compensations Insurance.  We can increase our insurance coverage, if required, to meet your Project Requirements.  Our Insurance Providers, upon request, will issue Certificates of Coverage.

 Company Safety

We take tremendous pride in our Safety Programs.  We insure our Company Professionals maintain current Professional Licenses as applicable to their designated areas of expertise.  Through professionalism and constant daily Process Review and Hazard Task Analysis, Contractors working on our Projects remain accident and incident free.  The Company has not had a Recordable, Reportable or First Aid accident or incident in the last two years.  Safety Statistics are available upon Request.

 Company Licenses

Southern Global Safety Services, Inc. maintains various levels of licenses in may states.  We are willing to acquire State Licenses for Clients with Large Projects or Projects of a duration which will cost justify the effort.  We currently maintain current or renewable Licenses in the following States:
