Management Programs |
Incorporating the information developed from the Designation of Presumed Asbestos-Containing Materials along with the requirements of the OSHA Asbestos Final Rule, a site-specific Operations and Management "O&M" Program will be developed for ongoing operations with compliance.
The O&M Program manages the asbestos health risk in-place.The site-specific O&M Program includes methodologies to maintain PACM in good condition, ensure proper response, prevent further releases, monitor the condition of the PACM, and assure compliance with the multitude of applicable regulations. The O&M program is developed in consultation with Plant Management. It is written to address the specific needs and concerns of each facility. In conjunction with management, the Program decisions are made to reflect the Customer's concerns and tolerance for risk. | |
